Organ Donors Update & Contest Reminder!!

First off, if you haven't yet, don't forget to enter my new contest for ORGAN DONORS from FOOX! You have through next Monday, July 13th, to enter. The grand prize winner will receive two and the runner up will receive one. All you've gotta do is become a Freddy In Space follower and then send me an e-mail with your address and the answer to a very simple question ; a question that is answered for you!

The other reason i'm making this post is because David Foox, artist and creator of Organ Donors, was kind enough to not only send me three of these tiny terrors to giveaway to you guys but he also sent me an extra one for my own keeping. I opted to re-gift it to Jen and she just came over and opened it up tonight so I wanted to show you guys exactly what you're competing to win, via the use of some images of the actual Organ Donor I hold in my hands, and tell you a little bit more about what you'll be getting now that i've seen one with my own two organs.

Not the greatest images but believe me when I say it's not easy getting a nice clear picture of one of these things and after a long and arduous photoshoot, this is just about the best I could come up with. That is, in case you were wondering, a liver masquerading as this particular OD's head.

Each Organ Donor comes individually packaged in a nice little foil wrapper and then boxed in an equally nice little box. You don't know which one ya got until you open it! Unless of course you have a specific organ in mind, in which case you can make requests. The organs that are available are liver, kidney, blood cell, plasma, stem cell, brain, lungs, heart, and cornea ; all of which come in a few different variants. Each one also comes packaged with a booklet that contains information and facts pertaining to each of these 9 organs of the body. Informative and cool, ya can't beat that! They even smell good too!

So again....

Everyone i've shown this little guy to thus far has fallen in love with it and i'm pretty sure you will too!
