18 Awesome Minimalist Horror Movie Posters!

Something that (i'm very glad) has become a big time trend over the past few years is movie posters created by artists who are fans of those movies, looking to bring fresh alternatives to the Hollywood poster art that is sometimes sorely lacking in creativity. One of my favorite sub-genres of this is the art of fan made minimalist movie posters, where artists employ the "less is more" technique and strip down movies to their bare essentials, bringing us highly simple looking posters that oftentimes manage to embody the entire movie they're paying tribute to. This is something that requires great creativity, which is probably why i'm such a big fan of it. Tonight I present to you 18 kickass minimalist horror movie posters that i've found in my travels around the web. I, too, love this trend and there's some really fantastic stuff coming from talented artists.
I don't think I have enough wall space to accommodate all the posters I'd love to have.
