Most romantic? I would have to say Eric Northman now that he has lost his memories. The relationship between him and Sookie is so romantic, makes me swoon every scene. I would have to say that Terry Bellefleur is the most romantic character on this show. I love Terry's slow-witted character with the biggest heart of a anyone else in the whole town. He loves Carrie Preston's character ( Arlene )so much that not only does he not care that their baby isn't his, he is willing to live with the bad things that are happening in their home. He has had a very rough life, but he loves all of his friends and has even said so on occasion but his heart belongs to Arlene forever.

Hmmm, each season I would have given you a different answer. Right now, I would say Eric only because of his current state. But we all know that's not destined to continue and even though we can all tell he loves Sookie, his normal way of showing this is not quite romantic.
So, 'most romantic' would have to go to Terry for me. He is honest, straight from the heart, loves Arlene and the kids and would protect them with his life (without hesitating). He's a wounded soul that is moving beyond his PTSD by creating a solid, loving family unit. I'm always rooting for Terry. :)

It's hard to decide who is the most romantic, so I'll opt for Eric Northman. Not for the obvious love interest with Sookie, but for his unfailing devotion to his creator, Godric (who remains my favorite character). Eric, although selfish and savage at times, proves with each episode that he is capable of both desire and destruction, seduction and sympathy, traits common with traditional vampire lore.

I think the most romantic character is Hoyt. He's not the most dashing or confident guy but the love he has (or had) for Jessica & what he went through to be with her was really touching. He changed his life and fought (literally & figuratively) for the woman he loves. Their relationship wasn't perfect but they were my favorite couple on True Blood & I'm sad to see them not together anymore. I'd say Godric because romance ( classic definition ) is putting an idea ahead of yourself. The idea that it's between 2 people is a byproduct of fiction where the idea that was being chased was being with someone else.
